My first time using Kelly’s Carpet. I could not be any more pleased with the entire process. Christen, my sales person, made me feel like family. She is so knowledgeable and caring that right from the start I trusted her advice. She always offered options, no pressure in any form. The install of both the vinyl and carpet was done as scheduled. It was a pleasure to work with Rob and Denday on the vinyl. They’re perfectionists and I learned a lot from them. Richard, carpet installer, was brilliant at laying carpet on the stairs and down the hallway. The carpet has a subtle stripe and he did a fantastic job—-no wavy lines or mismatched doorways. Matt, the installer’s manager, followed up with an inspection of all the work to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I love my new flooring and so appreciate the entire crew I encountered.
