My first time using Kelly’s Carpet. I could not be any more pleased with the entire process. Christen, my sales person, made me feel like family. She is so knowledgeable and caring that right from the start I trusted her advice. She always offered options, no pressure in any form. The install of both the vinyl and carpet was done as scheduled. It was a pleasure to work with Rob and Denday on the vinyl. They’re perfectionists and I learned a lot from them. Richard, carpet installer, was brilliant at laying carpet on the stairs and down the hallway. The carpet has a subtle stripe and he did a fantastic job—-no wavy lines or mismatched doorways. Matt, the installer’s manager, followed up with an inspection of all the work to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I love my new flooring and so appreciate the entire crew I encountered. Sales staff was very helpful as we tried several samples. The guy that measured was very helpful as we needed two different colors for the trim. Installation was great. Drew did a great job. Janine was great with sales. They kept us informed and came when they said they would. We are very happy with our new kitchen floor.
