Heath Brecher has over 19 years in the customer service and flooring delivery.
He has been a Project Manager for Kelly’s for over 6 years. A lot of his projects feature new designer home builds, as well as large construction projects. His favorite part of the project is watching it transform the space, and see all the hard work everyone puts in come together. When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf, fishing and watching his two kids play sports.

Nick in DIY section was top notch. We bought a carpet remnant on 12-27, and he helped set up a installer. Come 1-3 when installer was supposed to be at house he was a no show and no answer on phone. Called Nick, he said let me check into it. Within a half hour or less Nick called back that he had a new crew coming to do install.

We had a great experience with Kelly's Carpet in Omaha NE. My wife wanted to replace our 40 plus year old aqua blue-green shag carpet. We went to Kelly's Carpet and received expert assistance in picking out the right color and style. The installation was a bit of work as we had to empty out furniture items, such as the china hutch and dresser and desk drawers in preparation. The installers moved large pieces of furniture from one room to another while they removed the old carpet, placed new padding and installed the new carpet. The two installers who did our job were very courteous, professional and respectful of our furniture. We had new carpet placed in the living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. We are amazed with the look and feel of the finished product. Cost was about $8600; well worth it.
